1. Introduction

Welcome to Kaaso Ads. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application and associated services (the “App”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App or any part of its services.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Kaaso Ads (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). We may update these Terms at any time and will notify you via in-app notification or by updating this page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Kaaso Ads mobile application. By using the app, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your region).
  • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.
  • Your use of the app does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

If you are using the App on behalf of a business or entity, you confirm that you are authorized to represent that business and bind it to these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Kaaso Ads, you agree to use the app in a lawful and responsible manner. You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or share through the platform.

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the app for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
  • Upload or promote content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the app or its servers.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its source code.

You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials within Kaaso Ads — including but not limited to templates, designs, graphics, logos, branding assets, and software code — are the exclusive property of Kaaso Ads or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and its features for your personal or business promotional use only, in accordance with these Terms.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the app or its design templates.
  • All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in the app are owned or licensed by Kaaso Ads.
  • Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted material has been used improperly, please contact us at kaaso.ads@gmail.com.

5. Media Usage Rights

As a user of Kaaso Ads, you may upload images, audio, video, and branding materials (e.g., logos) for creating your promotional content. You retain full ownership of all such media files.

  • We do not claim ownership of your uploaded media.
  • You grant us a limited license to use, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of enabling your ad creation and delivery through the app.
  • Your content will not be shared publicly or sold to third parties without your explicit consent.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload does not violate any copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our terms or applicable laws.

User-Uploaded Content

By uploading any backgrounds, images, videos, or creative assets to Kaaso Ads, you confirm that you either own the content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and distribute it.

You are fully responsible for any content you upload. If your content violates intellectual property rights or applicable laws, you agree that Kaaso Ads bears no liability. Instead, you will indemnify and hold harmless Kaaso Ads, its affiliates, and partners from any resulting claims, damages, or legal expenses.

Kaaso Ads reserves the right to remove, block, or disable access to any content alleged to be infringing. Repeated violations may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization on our platform, you may notify us. Kaaso Ads follows a notice-and-takedown procedure in compliance with applicable laws, and we will act promptly on valid complaints.

Notice & Takedown Policy

Kaaso Ads respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. If you believe that any content available on our platform infringes upon your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may submit a takedown request.

Upon receiving a valid notice, Kaaso Ads will promptly investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the infringing content without prior notice to the uploader. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

To submit a valid takedown request, please include the following information:

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • A description of the copyrighted work or rights allegedly infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) or location of the material on Kaaso Ads that you claim is infringing.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

All takedown requests can be submitted through the contact information provided in the “Contact Information” section of these Terms of Use.

6. Restrictions

To maintain the integrity and trust of our platform, users of Kaaso Ads are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

  • Publishing or promoting misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive advertisements.
  • Uploading content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or promotes discrimination.
  • Engaging in spam, bot activity, or automated campaign creation that disrupts our systems.
  • Using the platform for political propaganda or religious extremism.
  • Uploading copyrighted media without appropriate licenses or ownership rights.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the app infrastructure.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and may lead to further legal consequences.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Kaaso Ads at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable laws.

  • Accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or content violations may be permanently banned.
  • We may also suspend access temporarily for maintenance or technical upgrades.

You may terminate your use of the app at any time by deleting your account from within the app or by contacting us at kaaso.ads@gmail.com. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be removed from our servers within a reasonable timeframe.

Termination does not affect any obligations or rights accrued prior to the termination date.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kaaso Ads and its team shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the app
  • Errors, bugs, or interruptions in service
  • Loss of data or content
  • Any unauthorized access or misuse of your account
  • Third-party actions or services beyond our control

While we strive to provide a reliable and secure experience, we make no guarantees regarding the performance, uptime, or effectiveness of the app for your specific use case.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid (if any) for using the app within the past 6 months.

9. Changes to These Terms

Kaaso Ads reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time, in response to legal, technical, or operational changes.

When changes are made, we will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
  • Display a notice within the app (if the changes are significant)

Continued use of the app after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage users to periodically review this page for the latest version of the Terms.
